Shipping Questions


Can you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. If you are unsure if the country you are residing in is available for us to ship to, please send us an email at mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net so we can confirm if your country is within our reach. If it is not, please rest assured that we are continuously trying to expand our network and we may have your country within our available shipping areas soon.

 

Please note that for international shipments, your package may be subjected to brokerage fees, duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping fee that AbsolutePaintball.net will charge you.

 

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, we do! Please contact our support staff at mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net so we can provide you with more details regarding this.

 

How long does shipping take?

In order to fully accommodate your needs, we offer various shipping methods that would allow you to receive your item when you want to receive it.

 

Please take note of the following information regarding our Shipping Policies or Guidelines:

· Please note that AbsolutePaintball.net processes orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order. Your package will be shipped after the 24 – 48 hour order processing timeframe.

· For packages sent through UPS Ground Shipping, your shipping time will be 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

· All orders containing CO2 must be shipped by ground, since Federal law mandates that it cannot be shipped out by air.

· AbsolutePaintball.net cannot guarantee shipping times and dates, because we use third-party carriers to ship our products. In addition, once an order is processed and the parcel leaves our care, we have no control over its delivery. Rest assured that we do offer shipping insurance for all our items, in case of worst case scenarios or unseen events.

· Please note that due to Federal law, we cannot ship CO2 to Hawaii or Alaska, that is why all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are sent out using UPS 2-Day air.

 

Please note that the transit time for shipping also depends on the destination of the package or where you will be shipping the item/s to.

 

What are the costs associated with shipping?

Please note that your shipping cost depends on the option or shipping type that you choose.

 

Kindly note that our shipping rates are based on the weight and dimension of your package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

 

A fee of $5.00 USD is added to every order for packaging materials and labor.

 

Oversized items may have an additional shipping charge.

 

Brokerage fee and tax may apply to certain international countries when the package is delivered. Please note that this fee is not shouldered by AbsolutePaintball.net and therefore is not applied to the shipping fee that is charged to you when the order is placed. This fee is usually determined by the custom office in your country.

Do you offer EXPEDITED Shipping?

If you have a time-based shipping need, please contact us ahead of time through our email address mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net so we can assist you with your need.

 

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will send you your tracking number via email so you can check exactly where your order is.

 

Why have I not yet received my package?

There are several reasons why you may have not received your package:

 

o AbsolutePaintball.net usually notifies buyers that their item has been shipped out via email. The email message should contain your order confirmation and tracking number. If you have not received an email from us informing you that your package has been shipped out, it is quite possible that it has not been shipped out yet.

 

o If you are worried about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net so we can assist you in monitoring the status of your package until it arrives safely unto your doorstep.

 

o On very rare occasions, the package is stuck in customs. You may check with your local customs agency to see if your package is detained there, because it is possible that you will be required to pay import duties. Please inform us if you need any information from us in order to assist you in clarifying information invoices to customs.

 

o If you suspect that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email at: mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net so we can do what we can to stop the item from being shipped to that address. 

 

o You may have not received your item, because it is still in transit. In cases like these, please check the website of the shipping method or delivery service you had chosen to monitor the status or progress of your parcel.

 

Do you charge for important tax and duties?

Since tax varies amongst different countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your country may impose upon you. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to handle the import tax or charges in your country.

 

 

Return Policy



What is your Return Policy?

We understand that there are times when our products simply do not fit your needs. That is why we offer a 30 day Return Policy for all items that we have in our product line. If you feel that you have changed your mind or the item that you have ordered is not at par with your expectations, you may choose to send it back to us and obtain a refund or replace it with another product. This is

 

All returns must be pre-authorized. This means that you would need to contact us at mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net to arrange for a return or exchange of your product.

 

AbsolutePaintball.net will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number once your return is approved. This number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label, once you send the item back to us.

 

If AbsolutePaintball.net receives the item without the Return Merchandise Authorization number, we will return the item to you or the item will not be accepted by our Receiving department, because without that number, they will not be able to determine if your package is an authorized or unauthorized return.

 

Please take note of the following details with regard to our Return Policy:

· Returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.

· Returned merchandise must still be in its original packaging.

· Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

· Special order or custom-made items are not returnable.

· Refurbish items are not returnable.

· Paintballs may not be returned.

· Shipping charges are not refundable.

· Returned merchandise will be charged with a 25% restocking fee.

· The customer will be held responsible for any shipping charges on returns.

 

Are there any fees for returning an item?

All returns/refunds/exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional return charges.


The item I received is missing, incorrect or damaged. What do I do now?

If you did not receive your item, if you received an incorrect item or if the item shipped to you is damaged, please notify AbsolutePaintball.net immediately by sending us an email at mail[at]absolutepaintball[dot]net. Please understand that it is your responsibility to inform us of these circumstances immediately so we can make the necessary actions to correct the mistake.

 

Rest assured that AbsolutePaintball.net will cover standard or ground shipping charges on discrepancies that are reported within 7 days from the time you received the order.

 

For discrepancies reported within 8-30 days from the date the package was received, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the item to us for exchange/repair, but AbsolutePaintball.net will cover the charges for sending it back to the customer.

 

Discrepancies reported after 30 days from the date the customer receives the order will not be covered by AbsolutePaintball.net in any way.


Do you offer a warranty for your items?

Yes, we do! The warranty that we offer depends on the item that you had purchased. Please take note of the following details regarding our warranties:
